Local Mission
Allied Officers Weekend - offering a Lancaster County weekend experience for international officers studying at Fort Mead and Fort Belvediere.
Lancaster Area Habitat for Humanity - Building Homes, Building Hope in Lancaster County . . . and around the world!
The Leola Ministerium - Leola churches cooperating together for Christ.
Open Door Youth Center - providing a fun, safe place for the teens of the Leola area.
Stephen Ministry - providing one-to-one caregiving during life's difficult times.
Tabor Services - providing housing and financial counseling services to the greater Lancaster community.
The Water Street Rescue Mission - meeting the needs of the hungry and the homeless of Lancaster County.
Atlantic Northeast District (Church of the Brethren)
Our congregation is one of 73 churches in the Atlantic Northeast District. As such we contribute to and support:
Brethren Disaster Relief Auction - a three day effort by churches of the Atlantic Northeast District and the Southern PA District to raise money to benefit the victims of natural and man-made disasters. Held on the fourth weekend of each September.
COBYS - a private non-profit family service agency. Services provided include: foster care, adoption, individual and family counseling, family life education, teen mother and child group home, and a reunification program.
Brethren Village - Rooted in the tradition of service within the Church of the Brethren, the mission of Brethren Village is to provide a continuum of services and Christ like care to support the aging process and to enhance the spiritual, physical, social and emotional wholeness of residents, staff and community.
Camp Swatara - Located at the foot of beautiful Blue Mountain in northwestern Berks County, Pennsylvania. Camp Swatara is owned and operated by the Atlantic Northeast District Church of the Brethren. The purpose of Camp Swatara is to provide opportunities in the natural setting for persons of all ages to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, so that they may give their lives to Him in total discipleship.
International Mission
Church of the Brethren - Serving the World - international service projects of the Church of the Brethren.
Church of the Brethren General Board - Global Mission Partnerships - international mission projects of the Church of the Brethren.
Heifer Project International - feeding the hungry around the world through livestock rearing and sharing.
Brian & Bonnie Hershey - currently serving with Youth for Christ in Italy.
